I’m getting tired of all this talk of the lost alternate endings. What a hype! First of all the lost alternate ending suck! Second of all it’s the whole marketing thing that pisses me off. People will fall for anything these days. The way I see it everything is a scam on tv or in the movies. Media grabs a hold of this up and coming celeb or that up and coming celeb and friggen spams them to us at large.

I think it has a detrimental effect on art in general. The whole concept of alternate ending is a marketing concept. I had on stupid gullible fool comment on another post on this same subject who said the alternate endings were made so that no one would know what the real ending would be. That’s just BS. It’s all about marketing and the fact that the writers want to please as many people as possible so as not to offend anyone by their choice of ending.

Wimpy art if you ask me! They just did that lost alternate endings thing to have something to put on the morning show. That’s it, and to create a big buzz online. “lost” is so fucking insignificant yet it is dominating the searches today. What does that tell you ? That the media as a whole plays the average joe like the fool that he is.

And the thing that gets me is that people are to friggen stupid to see it my way. My next post will not be about the lost alternate endings. I am going to comment on some politics so if you are a moron and you don’t dig politics (i’m talking about george bush and why he’s so great) then do yourself a favor. Go sit in front of the TV and watch 12 hours of commercials and maybe a few of the lost alternate endings.
