Alexa Vega looks REALLY hot in this pic. She is twenty years old and has appeared in many movies and shows. She was in the movie Odd Girl Out. She was born in Florida but moved at the age of four to California. She now lives in Los Angelos. She was in spy kids Twister as well.

Odd Girl Out was a made for television drama that she is most recognized for. Odd Girl Out was not the only tv drama that Alexa Vega did. She also did Walkout.

Her parents are Columbian and American. She was voted the hottest teen celebrity in 2003 in Vanity Fair. Odd Girl Out was the drama that she is most known for though, at least at this time. I think she is a pretty hot babe and whether or not she can act is not an issue for me at all. I just think she’s hot and that’ s that.

I first saw here on Odd Girl Out from time to time when it was on TV in my house. Alexa Vega I think is going to be a big time star. It’s all about being hot.

Nascar 09 is another non event in my book. This has got to be the most over rated sport in history. Talk about boring. Watching cars run laps over and over again. I have friend that are all talking about Nascar 09 and how this guy and that guy are racing. It’s such a joke. It’s the same people who win all the time. I think everybody should have to race in the same car. What I mean by that is there should be a standard.

That way there are less variables involved. If you want to know who the best driver is then take out the variables like how fast the car is and if this or that car is just better. How can you watch Nascar 09 and be exited about the winner when it’s just the guy who has the most money behind his team and the fastest car. Think about this Nascar fans…everything should be equal if you want to test the SKILL of the driver.

Now the rednecks fighting after the races too. For a long time Nascar was above other sports in that the contestants were generally humble and nice. Now they are beginning to change. They want to rumble after the race when they lose. I hate them all

Nascar 09 is a colossal waste of time.

Henry Cho has to be the only clean comic left in America. I salute this guy for being brave enough to keep it clean. I love Richard Pryor and Andrew Dice Clay too don’ t get me wrong. But as I’ve gotten older I have an appreciation more for clean comedy than dirty comedy. It’s just that I’ve grown up I guess. It’s so easy to say this or that and cuss all the time but that gets old. Entertainment is suffering from debauchery. Too much is too much.

Henry Cho has been delivering clean comedy for 21 years now and was first discovered by Jerry Seinfeld. He opened for Jerry in Atlanta many years ago as he was the only clean comic around. Jerry went and bragged about him to Jay Leno and Garry Shandling. Next thing you know Henry Cho took off like a rocket.

Entertainment these days is in the gutter. That’s what the old folks used to say when I was a kid and I used to just roll my eyes and shake my head. Now I know what they meant. Enough is enough.

Hats off to Henry Cho for being able to tell a joke that goes right over a kids head but the parents get it. And he does it in a way that parents don’t have to be embarrased that their kids heard it. Class act Henyr Cho.

Puerto Rican culture is being celebrated at Fifth Avenue’s 51st annual Puerto Rican Day Parade today.

What I am wondering about is why do we celebrate that day in the United States. We don’t have ‘italian’ day do we? what about that? I’m Italian but we don’t get a parade. People waving flags from other countries here in America where my grandfathers went to war in WW2 to protect America. We shouldn’t wave any flags other than the American flag in this here good old U.S.A.

I have nothing against Puerto Rico either. I have many Puerto Rican friends too living here in Massachusetts. I love puerto rican food!!!! I REALLY do. But all the same, let’s show some American pride too.
Thousands of exuberant people braved the severe heat to line the avenue to see the floats, bands, and marchers, and waved Puerto Rican flags in celebration.

The parade makes its way up Fifth Avenue from 44th Street to 86th Street by 4 p.m.

The parade began at 11 a.m., when Mayor Michael Bloomberg cut a ceremonial ribbon.

Pop singer Kat De Luna and bachata group Xtreme are performing at the parade, and union leader Dennis Rivera is this year’s grand marshal.

NY1 has a float in the parade, featuring reporter Jonathan Inoa and anchor Philip Klint and performances by the salsa group N’Klabe.

Police Commissioner Ray Kelly marched for the first time in the parade, alongside the NYPD Hispanic Society and the NYPD Latino Officers Association. The NYPD points out that under Kelly’s rule, the number of Latinos in the police force have increased significantly.

City Comptroller Bill Thompson also marched in the parade.

“This is an opportunity for New York to celebrate Puerto Rican heritage and culture, and the contributions that Puerto Ricans have made to make New York City the greatest city on the planet,” said Thompson.

Viewers of the parade wanted to celebrate the best part of the commonwealth’s culture.

“Our people, our food, our music, and Puerto Rican Parade,” said one.

“The culutre, the language, the music — all of it, having fun,” said another.

“We’re beautiful people. That’s it, we’re beautiful people. It’s beautiful, Puerto Rico,” said a third.

Organizers say about 100,000 people went to yesterday’s 23rd annual 116th Street Festival, where dozens of vendors and entertainers took over the streets of East Harlem in anticipation of the parade.

Wimbledon 2007 Roger Federer says he is still the favorite. I don’t know about that. Sometimes champs have a hard time letting go. Remember Muhammed Ali in 1977? He said he was still the greatest but we all now know that he was on his way out in a hurry.

I don’t even know why we get so into this whole wimbledon thing. I mean, hardly anyone I know plays tennis anyway. It’s a snotty rich bitch game if you ask me. I just watch a little tennis to peep on the girls with the short shorts or skirts or whatever it is that they wear.

Maybe wimbledon is something I should repect more. It is after all the best of the best playing again each other. But it just bores me wimbledon or not. It reminds me of a dog show! Crazy huh? Well it does. Wimbledon 2007 comes on tv and it always bumps a favorite show of mine off the air for that day. It never fails. I think thats the real reason I don’t dig wimbledon.

Fatheres day. It is upon us again. Everybody already knows it is on Sunday June 15 but the real question of course is what to get Dad. If your father is anything like my father then it can be tough to figure out just what he would want. I mean, my father has everything he needs and the things he wants cost way too much money.

This is a dilemma I find myself in every year but I’ve come to an understanding. Fathers day can be an easy deal if you just stay practical. I take my father out to eat on fathers day now. It’s great. He loves a good stead or lobster and he enjoys the company of the family. It’s simple, relatively inexpensive and he enjoys it. I mean, am I going to get him another shirt? A tie? A wrench? No, I don’t think so. Steak makes men happy including my father.

Others might want to consider a blackberry or bluetooth or some other electronic gadget. Fathers day is really about making sure your father knows that you think about him.

How about detailing your fathers car? Hey, if you are broke but still want to do something on fathers day then clean his car for him so it is spotless.

Anyway, those are some ideas on what to get your father on fathers day

.
